About Us…
My parents came to Grand Rapids Michigan in about 1980 in search of a better life for their family. I was born in 1981. I went to Saint Andrews Catholic School for grade school and graduated from Catholic Central 1999. I figured out quickly that I loved doing things with my hands and realized that construction was something that I was very good at and loved. One of the initial opportunities I had in construction came at one of the premier interior finishing contractors in the West Michigan area - Sobie Company. At Sobie, I started as one of the guys cleaning up and pushing a broom a progressed quickly through the ranks becoming a Site Supervisor, a Senior Site Supervisor and ultimately Assistant General Field Supervisor. In the last 12 years at Sobie, I have overseen tens of millions of dollars in construction projects from as small as a few thousand dollars to a hospital project that had a total construction budget of over $300 million. Some of the projects I’ve worked on include customers like: Meijer, Spectrum Health, Mercy Health, VanAndel, Devos, Grand Valley State University, Ferris State University, Calvin University and many, many more. I also worked for GM Builders for four years and owned my own tile installation business for three years. To say that my construction experience and expertise is expansive would be an understatement.
Personally, I met my wife, Anaís, as a senior in high school, and we've been together for 21 years. I have two kids: my oldest is Adan Eduardo Martinez Jr, and my daughter is Madelyn Anaís Martinez.
I have a strong passion for delivering construction projects that are of the highest quality and would love to partner with you on your next construction project.
